Directions: Apply mask to face and neck. Preferably keep paste out of hair & eyebrows. It is not dangerous but may be difficult to remove. Allow the solution to set properly. I suffer from blackheads and pimples even as a middle aged woman. I have used everything from Pro-activ and all of those other products and nothing has cleared my face. If you use the product consistently, it is awesome! I use it once a week or every two weeks (depending on the weather). I like to use the mud mask first and follow up with the peel off mask and toner. It is great with a drinking plenty of water and a healthy diet.
