DS Laboratories Revita High Performance Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo 33 oz

I have been using the Revita hair growth stimulating shampoo for several months now. I was also using another product, so I was afraid to give a review to Revita as I was not sure which product was working. I quit using the topical ointment many months ago and I am seeing the same hair growth, so it is definately the Revita. I also purchased the conditioner this time. I was very imressed with the booklet, which came in the conditioner; the science behind the product is very impressive and the results are more impressive.

Since a hysterectomy 10 years ago my hair took on a life of it's own - dry, brittle, lifeless and more... in 10 years I have never found a hair product of any kind that controls those issues and helps at the same time. This one is it ! A little pricey then what I normally buy, but I have spent more on doctors and prescriptions and would rather put that hard earned money into something more simple, less invasive that actually works. I also have acupuncture treatments 4x a year for my hair issues and combining that with this product has shown and given me excellent results !

This shampoo gives volume to my fine hair and helps what hair I DO have cover better. My beautician said I have new growth coming the last time I had a haircut; I'll be anxious to hear what she notices next time. She also said my hair shaft is fuller.

I've been using this shampoo for 3-1/2 months now. I was excited about a product that could potentially stimulate hair growth as I am and have always been a little on the thin side. I do notice that it's given my impossibly thin, baby fine hair nice body and volume. I'd like to continue using this shampoo. Unfortunately, I may have to stop using as I have noticed sensitivity to my scalp and suspect that I may be experiencing an allergic reaction to some of its ingredients. I would highly recommend against keeping the product on the scalp for any length of time per the directions, particularly if you have extremely sensitive skin like I do. I'll probably have to go back to the gentle fragrance free shampoo I had been using in the past. I am, however, going to try to continue using the conditioner as a standalone. That doesn't seem to be affecting my scalp like the shampoo. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

This is a very nice shampoo that has noticeably improved the quality of my hair in under a week. It is too soon to tell if it will magically regrow hair (if it did, I suspect it would cost more), but it is a nice product even if the magic doesn't happen. The shampoo also has a snappy, hunter-orange color - you can see the quality!
