We will ship your order within 24 business hours via Fed Ex or US Postal Service depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Orders are shipped from our Indiana warehouse and most orders arrive in the US in 1-6 days.

FOR FASTER DELIVERY: You also have the option of paying extra for FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day service as well as USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days delivery time). These rates are based on your order weight. We get great rates from FedEx and USPS and have passed those rates on to you. You can view the rates when you've added all your items to your shopping cart and entered your zip code.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the U.S.)
We love our international customers and ship daily outside the US. Our primary international customers are in Canada and Australia. We also ship to 43 other countries and have satisfied customers all over the world. To see if we ship to your country please go to the shopping cart and use the "Shipping Calculator" drop down menu to see the list of countries we serve. Shipping rates are also based on weight of the order. To see how much shipping will cost you, please add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then use the "Shipping Calculator" on the shopping cart screen to see your shipping options and costs.
Low Cost International DHL Shipping - This is our lowest cost option and it starts at $4.94. Cost varies depending on the country that you are shipping to and weight. Please note this option has NO TRACKING and no loss insurance. However we very rarely have any problems with lost packages and we have a lot of repeat international customers using this option with great results.
This is a longer option for delivery time - delivery time is around 2-3 weeks. This is however the lowest cost option. This option is only available for orders up to 4 pounds - once your order goes over 4 pounds we can only ship using the USPS International Priority Mail option shown below. Please note if you select this low cost option we are not responsible for lost packages (although this almost never happens).
USPS International Priority Mail - Higher cost option but much quicker, and with full tracking and loss protection. This option takes about 7-10 business days to arrive and has full tracking. Cost is also based on the weight of your order and you can calculate it in the shopping cart using the shipping calculator. If you are ordering a more expensive item we highly recommend you chose this option so that you have full tracking and insurance from lost packages.
For orders outside the US - we discount part of your shipping cost by asking you to pay less than we are charged to makeup for the fact that we are not able to offer free shipping for orders outside the U.S.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES: Please note - while it is rare, it is possible that you may be charged customs or import duties from your local country's government. Please note that we are not responsible for these fees, these are charged by your government and are in addition to any shipping fees you paid us for the cost of shipping. Please check your nations import customs fees so that you are prepared in the case you are charged them.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If your shipment is refused and returned to us we will refund you for the cost of the product upon receiving your item back in good - resellable condition. We can not however refund your shipping cost and there is also a $10 restocking fee for all refused shipments which are refused for reasons which are not our fault.
