I am diabetic and use the seeds every morning in my oatmeal, I always put a few in my mouth just to crunch on while the oatmeal cooks. They add no taste to the oats and are a great addition to my diet, and also help with keeping my sugar under control.

I ordered the chia seeds two weeks ahead of time to make sure they got here before I ran out...just made it. Took 2 weeks to get to me- don't know why so long. But the price was right and I liked that the company sent me multiple emails about specials on their website. They told me I would get 3 free samples (I ordered them online at the same time), but none came with the shipment. Rats- really wanted to try them.

Good seeds, it came to me as I expected. good packaging.

I love them in my smoothies and in my oatmeal. If you are making a sauce and it needs a bit of thickening - Chia seeds just might do it for you plus you are adding health to your sauce! I was hoping to take a tablespoon or 2 a day and simply eat it. But, I found the texture not to my liking. Adding it to other foods works GREAT! It's flavor is almost null so it actually picks up the flavors of whatever food you add them into

The Chia seeds arrived in a timely fashion. They were in a 5 lb pack which I found to be somewhat bulky to pour out in a little container. The 5lb container was sturdy enough you could scoop out the quanity you need.

I was a little bit disappoint with the order this time becuase there are some small black seeds (I am not sure they are chia seeds) inside the package. My last order was great, I did not see these many small black mix. Also, the price keep going up too.

The service I received from the company was amazing and I love the chia seeds. The price was great; if the come back in stock I will order from Cleopatra's Choice again.

I gave this produce 4 stars because I do like the chia seeds and like the price. The items shipped quickly from Cleopatra's Choice but took 9 days to get to me because I used USPS as my shipping option. My package went from California to Puerto Rico before arriving in Jacksonville, Florida. The box was pretty banged up but the product was unharmed. I recommend this brand of chia seeds but would caution against using the "standard shipping" option.

This is some amazing stuff. I mix it( 1 tbls) with a n 8oz. glass of 1% chocolate milk let is sit for 10 minutes & drink it about 1 hour before a meal. It gives you a feeling of fullness so when you do have your meal it helps to curb your appitite. Yes ! great for weight loss or weight control..Add it to oatmeal, bran muffins, corn muffins with no taste change just plain good for you. There is a plus to this also, since this is a great fiber it makes for easier bowel movements

Ordered two 5 lb bags. One of the bags had a tear in it. Chia seeds EVERYWHERE! All over my porch and I'm sure the poor delivey guys truck. Don't know how much was lost. Need to be packaged/protected better. The seeds themselves....Great. Love them.

I LOVE chia seeds. My 3 yr old son has them in his juice. (He doesn't eat veggies or meat knowingly, so this is how he gets his omegas & protein, plus fiber). I like to mix them with my leftover tea and drink them cold. Delicious. Shipped quickly too.

Received my first order of Chia Seeds two weeks ago, the changes I've noticed have been less upset stomach, more stable blood sugar daily testing with my diabetes. They are easy to take, no taste. Tried some in some waffles after soaking them for a day or two, they were the best waffles ever, helps texture of food be more moist, especially baked goods normally you can't tell they are in if they have been soaked first.. Bought 10 lbs. and Like them!!!

Before this order, I thought chia seeds was what to spread on that clay pot to watch it grow. I was never inclined to do that, but when I learned the benefits of this seed I thought to give it a try. I did some research and found Cleopatra's Choice to have a reasonable price for their five pound bag. It will last me a good while at my rate of consumption but it will definitely be part of my daily staple. I have been taking three spoonfulls daily for two weeks and I have noticed better sleep and a more serene mind. Sugar cravings have decreased. Also, my bowel movements are regular now and more frequent. Once prepared according to instructions, chia seeds are completely tasteless and a bit slimy. You can keep them in the refrigerator in a tightly lid container like a jar and dig in with your spoon as you like. It took a couple of days to adjust my taste buds and by now I actually like them. I will add them to my recipe next time I bake bread and see what happens.

While it is still too early to evaluate the effect of taking chia, I can say that this is a company I like doing business with. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was actually sent the wrong product initially. When I avised them of the mistake, they made expeditious corrections and the correct product came very soon after my call. I am very impressed with them.
