My first experience with Shea Butter is when I bought some lip balm at a flea market. I really liked the way it felt and worked on my chapped lips. First encountered shea butter at a flee market and having life long skin problems decided to try it. At $25 for a small container I decided I had to find a bulk supplier
and cleopatra's choice has turned out to be a good choice.I had trouble with another bulk supplier and found cleo to be be $30 cheaper and I didn't have trouble
placing the order which i did with my other suppliers web site.
The shea butter works very well at keeping my skin problems under control.I use it in the morning and at night on hands and feet and any place else I have a
problem developing.I orderd 30lbs of it because I use a lot of it.

My first expericence with bulk Shea Butter was from Cleopatrya's, I recently ordered from another company trying to save in cost and upon arrival of the other brand, I had to immediately place an order from Cleopatra's and it arrived expeditiously and saved the day. To date Cleopatra by far has the best quality product. I'm hooked saving cost is not worth the quality.

I spent $30 for a small tub of Shea Butter at a flea market because I was so impressed with the results. This is the exact same product for a fraction of the cost. Clears up dired cracked skin within days and keeps it soft. After a couple weeks I have noticed wrinkles and scars are less noticable (even the deep ones). I went to the dollar store and bought some cute jars, filled the jars and now my Holiday shopping is complete.

I started making my own lotions b/c I have bad eczema and extremely sensitive skin. I am allergic to dyes/perfumes/chemicals-- When the huge block first came in I thought it might be tough to work with. On the contrary, it is super easy to use for my lotions, simply cut it like butter. I am very happy with this product and will continue to purchase for my lotion business.

The only problem with this amazing Shea is that once you use it, you'll never want to use anything else! Believe me, nothing compares! I use it on everything - face, hands, hair, feet... you name it, even the dog! For those who don't like to deal with it in it's 'solid' form, put it in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts - then try to resist it!

I use this for my wife, who's pregnant and has tremendous dry skin around the front waist and chest area due to the growth of her body. It's wonderful and alleviates her skin. This stuff is the real stuff to me -melts in your hand.

Their is definitely a slight shea butter odor, but it's not unpleasant. The color may stain white clothes, but it washes away,

I moved from Chicago to an area with no access to shea butter. Buying the 10 lb. block was a great alternative since it'll last me YEARS! I use it for skin, hair ... even my husband uses it when he shaves his head. It's a quality product and melts with the heat of your hand. Fabulous!

My order, Unrefined Shea Butter and African Black soap came promptly and without question. Anxiously I used the Black Soap that night and was impressed with the luxurious feel as I washed my face. The soap is a little drying but not where your face is ashy looking and applying the Shea Butter afterwards is the perfect solution.
I am seeing some changes to my complexion eventhough I don't suffer with acne, I wanted to move away from using products with tons of chemicals to product that are more natural. I have found just the right Natural products! I even shared a section of one of my African Black Soap bars with a friend suffering with acne. Waiting to hear from here.

The benefits of this product are truly amazing. I have suffered with eczema since I was a teenager and have finally found a product that truly works for me. I apply it to my face & body in the morning after my shower. It is best to work with small amounts of this product. With a clean finger or thick popsicle sticks used to apply hot wax, scrap a small amount out of the container, put it in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together. The heat from rubbing your hands together, turns this product into a smooth non greasy face & body butter. The slight odor from this raw product fades quickly. I definitely recommend this product for anyone with eczema, fine lines or perfume allergies.

I received the African Shea Butter last night, in my most recent order. The appearance was not as I expected. I thought it would be a thick cream. It is a solid. It does not smell so great when you put it on, but the smell fades immediately. It is AMAZING!! I am working on the application prcoess, because I could not get it to emulsify immediately. I will experiement with methods to ease application. It was a little thick and sticky at first, but my skin felt absolutely amazing this morning. I applied it to all my psoriasis spots, and they all felt nice and soft when I woke up. This will be a favorite of mine.

It was shipped fast which I liked.I am a red head with very fair skin so me skin gets dry all year round.After using this the dryness is slowly going away.The only down side is that it takes about an hour for the greasy feeling to go away but once it does my skin is soft.I will buy again!

I LOVE this product. Cleopatra's Choice is the only place I've been able to find pure Shea Butter that isn't solvent extracted (Grade A) for a reasonable price. It works wonders on my eczema, and keeps my skin at the right moisture level without ANY additives. It absorbs VERY quickly without a greasy feeling. I use my blow-dryer on it to apply. I take my blow-dryer and heat the surface of the butter directly in the tub for about 10-15 seconds. This makes a liquid like film on the top that I quickly rub into my skin like lotion. It doesn't affect the quality of the shea butter, because it will harden again very quickly. If I need more I just use my blow-dryer again. I will never use lotion again!

The consistency is solid, you have to almost scoop it, but once you rub it between you hands (with the heat) it melts and goes on smoothly. The greatest thing is that it absorbs into my skin and is very moisturizing. I apply it right before bed and I love that I can use it on my whole body (including my face) without feel super greasy once it has absorbed. Thank you for sending me a sample in my order or I would have never tried it!!!
