Can you please tell us a bit about yourself as well as how you came up with the idea for the line and how did the start come about?

I suffer from psoriasis and desperately needed help as I had tried many products with no satisfactory results.  Most of the medications for psoriasis and other skin disorders have side effects that, in my opinion, make them not worth taking.  I was introduced to rose hip oil by an old childhood friend that also suffers from psoriasis.  I saw my skin improve after only a few weeks of using Australis rose hip oil and because of my own experience, I started to look for the availability of products containing rose hip oil and the pure oil in particular.  To my surprise, I discovered a huge void in the rose hip oil products that are available here in the United States.  I made it my own personal goal to find a way to make these products available and more accessible in our market.  Australisusa products do work and I am passionate about the line of creams I have created. You can start to see results in 4 to 8 weeks of Oil applications.

From the start, my main concern has been to make sure the product works on my clients, that they are satisfied.  The main source of inspiration to market this 100% Natural and Certified Organic Oil, is the history of  rose hip oil on severe scarring of the skin based on its cell regeneration attributes.

As a marketing mayor and business owner, once I was convinced of rose hip oil’s healing attributes, I could not wait to get started on this business.  I believe that a Natural way of dealing with psoriasis and pigmentation issues warrants the use of this wonderful gift of nature.

What was the initial reception to the line and the products?

The initial reception was wonderful and inspiring.  Re-orders and repeat clients are the true proof of the benefits of this product.  Already well known in Australia, Germany, Spain and England, the oil is also used to treat spider varicose veins in Australia.

What makes your brand unique from other lines on the market?

The unique visible improvement of the many skin conditions that an all-natural product such as Australisusa Oil and Creams can safely be used for.
Price is another attribute that sets us apart.  We are giving people who suffer with severe scaring and pigmentation problems access to a Natural and organic product to help with the appearance of scars.

What key ingredients do you use or not use that makes it more appealing to our clients?

We use 100% Natural and certified Organic Rose Hip Oil from Chile at the tip of South-America.

Has your line received any recognition via awards or in magazines, television, etc?

This Oil is a Natural product on which extensive University studies* have been conducted. There are verifiable before and after results.  Few products can display pictures of its effects.  It really works.

If you had to recommend only 1 product in your line that is a MUST try for our clients, which product would it be?

All of them, one of my own children’s friend's parent from our soccer team, has been using it and when she comes to the field the other moms can tell the difference.  That type of word of mouth recommendation is, in my opinion, the best of compliments.

If our clients had to remember only ONE thing about your line what would you want them to take away?

The mere fact that you can get results and once they have tried it, my clients can rest assure that they can manage a disorder such as psoriasis safely, make it a way of life and again it works.
