Anti Wrinkle Skin Care
Let's admit it someday, all
of us will feel the effect of aging in the
form of wrinkles, (some of us are seeing it already). Throughout history men and
women have try many different techniques in
an attempt to ward off the signs of aging and wrinkles

new methods recently, there is no substitute
for simple care and maintenance of the skin.

1) The appearance
of your skin is the most immediate indication
of your overall health and if your health

healthy diet, as well as good exercise are

2) Consistent

regularly and a firm but without a too abrasive
exfoliation. Scrubbing too hard can do more
harm than good and has potential to irritate skin, so be gentle! These steps
should also include a non fragranced moisturizer
to help rebuild the skins protective layers
and prevent dehydration. If you are already seeing signs of skin aging a natural anti wrinkle cream is highly recommended and if you can find a good serum to use under the wrinkle cream - that's even better! Make sure that your anti aging products contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and botanicals and try to stay away from the products which are highly rich in chemicals and "miracle" ingredients (usually this means even harsher chemicals.)
3) It may sound
too simple but regular sleep can prevent the
early onset of aging lines and wrinkles for
several reasons. The first is, energy spent
on pushing past your limits is energy that
your body could be using to heal and rebuild
it's protection for itself and your skin. Also, stress and
fatigue will manifest themselves physically
in worry lines around your eyes, forehead
and mouth. Sleep is one of the best ways to
relieve unwanted stress.
4) Avoid direct
exposure to the sun when possible and always
wear sun protection when it isn't. UV rays
can have a dramatic effect on the aging of
your skin even on days that are cloudy, when
the sun can still do damage to your skin.
Some moisturizers work in conjunction with
sunscreens and some contain natural UV blockers like certain minerals so be sure to check that your anti aging moisturizer has those ingredients.
Don't forget
to enjoy your skin while you're young. Take

and other carcinogens can age your skin faster
