How to use: Apply an ample layer of mineral rich Adovia Dead Sea Mud to the surface of the body. Leave on for fifteen minutes to twenty minutes or until mud is fully dry. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For treatment of joint aches or muscle pain, use our bag or put some Dead Sea mud into a zip lock bag in pan of hot water of in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium setting (pierce packet before heating). Make sure the Mud is not too hot before spreading on affected area.

For external use only. We don't recommend the pure version of Dead sea mud to be used on the face often. We have a specially formulated Dead Sea Mud Mask for facial use, that adds ingredients like aloe vera and others, and was designed for the more sensitive facial skin. Some people do use the pure Dead Sea mud on their face, but we have to caution that it may be too drying and will irritate sensitive skin. If you do wish to try, then apply a bit to a patch of skin on your wrist and see how after it dries it affected your skin. If you feel like your skin was not too sensitive to the body mud you can give it a try on your face.
